With buckets of passion and an abundance of creative charm I bring you Meaders Hair Studio!

My career started on a whim 16 years ago. As a bored 20 year old office skivvy I applied for an apprenticeship at Toni & Guy. I instantly fell in love with hairdressing - I had found my true calling! Making people look and feel incredible for a living is a privilege and I am thrilled to have given life to Meaders Hair Studio.

I absolutely love the hair and beauty industry. For me, its not just about results, its also about the experience. The benefits of taking the time for self-care and investing in ourselves should never be underestimated.

I am passionate about ensuring all our guests, and our staff, are well looked after. From the first moment we meet until you leave the salon with your brand new hair, and every moment in between. You are valued, you are appreciated and you deserve to feel a million dollars, inside and out.

Hair Stylist

Sherrie has been hairdressing in the local area for 30 years, having also previously owned her own salon. She's not afraid of hard work and is an asset to the team.

Sherrie loves all aspects of hairdressing but if she had to pick a favourite service it would be weaving those highlights.

You'll be thrilled to hear that Sherrie loves a laugh and is great fun to be around. We asked Sherrie what she likes to do for fun and her reply was "drink wine"! We think that's a fair hobby to have.

Hair Stylist

Alessia is from Italy, where she gained her hairdressing qualifications 8 years ago. After starting her career in Italy, Alessia moved to the UK and has worked in Oxford and Witney.

Alessia has had a passion for hairdressing ever since she was a little girl and loves all aspects of hairdressing. However, Alessia’s favourite work is with clients who want a total colour and cutting transformation - she absolutely adores those ‘WOW’ moments!

Away from the salon, Alessia is very passionate about animal welfare, and has a very kind and sensitive soul. She also has an adventurous personality and love to travel to experience different lifestyles and cultures!

Hair Stylist

Born and bred in Witney, Sally has been hairdressing in the area for 40+ years. Not only is Sally a fantastic, talented and highly experienced hairdresser, she is also a custard cream connoisseur. We feel incredibly privileged that she joined our team when we first opened in October 2018.

Sally may be the oldest member of our team but don’t let that fool you! She has one heck of a sense of humour and has everyone in stitches day in and day out! If you want great hair and a salon experience you’ll treasure for life then Sally is the Stylist for you!

Hair Stylist

Sophie has been hairdressing in Witney for 7 years, she achieved her level 3 qualification 5 years ago.

Sophie is a creative and talented hairdresser and an excellent 'all-rounder'. Her favourite services are with clients who want to completely revamp and refresh their look. Sophie also loves to help clients manage and maintain their hair health.

Sophie's creativity isn't exclusive to hairdressing - she's constantly redecorating and rearranging the furniture at home, as well as expressing herself through gardening.

Hair Stylist

Paige is an experienced and talented hair stylist, with a level 3 qualification and 10 years experience. Paige prides herself in all areas of her work but is most passionate about working with highlighted hair and gents hairdressing services.

Paige is a lot of fun to be around. She loves to have a good laugh and is rather partial to a couple of glasses of wine and hitting the dancefloor!

Beauty Therapist

Lauren is a fun yet kind and gentle soul who is super passionate about enhancing natural beauty and helping people take time for self-care; encouraging you to feel better and love yourself more.

She proclaims, with her hand on her heart, that there is nothing she doesn’t love about her job. She has always wanted to work as a beauty therapist and with 5 years experience in the industry, she’s blimmin good at it too!

When Lauren isn’t busy indulging her clients in her treatments, she loves to indulge herself too... usually with a Saturday night takeaway and a (believe it or not) ice-cold Strongbow! She also loves her holidays and adventures, walking her pup and gardening (so long as it isn’t raining).
